Starting point for SPG Total Control + warehouse machines, plus property-management software and speaker-box software (stereo). Not a priced SOW. No invented fleet or revenue figures. Fill blanks with Sean / client facts before sending.
1. How these tracks fit
This pack is a proposal outline, not a signed offer. Two tracks are SPG-specific and already scoped in working sessions. Two tracks (property management; speaker box) are placeholders until client name, pain, and stack are confirmed.
SPG / ops OSTotal Control replaces Parlevel over time; connects to Nayax / Cantaloupe Seed for data + remote pricing.
SPG / hardware investMini-warehouse vending machine concept packaged for outside capital (Sean may fund unit one — TBD).
Speaker / stereo softwareSoftware layer for speaker-box / stereo business — product definition TBD.

2. Total Control — vending business OS
One-liner: One operating system for an independent vending company — run the business from one place, with SPG as Customer Zero, then license to other operators.
Problem
Ops today split across Parlevel (VMS), Zoho, and cashless clouds (Nayax Core / Cantaloupe Seed).
“What talks to what: very little.” Price changes and data still take truck rolls / portal hopping.
Independents need Canteen-grade control without enterprise lock-in.
Remote price change via existing readers (Total Control → Seed / Nayax APIs → machine). No second cell modem in the cabinet for this path.
Connect to current readers (Nayax VPOS; Cantaloupe ePort on Castles hardware). Keep payment hardware near-term.
Replace Parlevel as day-to-day VMS over a phased cutover (exports during transition).
What we are not doing in v1
Replacing Nayax/Cantaloupe settlement on day one.
Installing ESP32/Pi between reader and board for pricing (API path first).
White-label merchant acquiring (parallel track only if green-lit).
Customer ZeroSPG Vending (Sean Glennon). Day-to-day contacts to confirm — public CEO name Taylor Vaughan; internal notes also use Taylor Gilbert — verify before proposal print.
Blockers before SOWSeed Pro / Nayax access; fleet reader mix; RPC pilot on ~5 machines; Parlevel export rights.
Commercial terms (cash gate, equity, license %) stay blank until Tommy sets numbers. Prior unsigned discussion ranges must not be pasted as offers.
SPG · Investment package
3. Vending mini-warehouse machines
One-liner: Package a warehouse-style vending / micro-fulfillment machine for outside investment to help build — optional Sean-funded first unit.
Problem
Hardware track is capital-heavy; should not block the software OS.
Investors need a clear unit story separate from Total Control SaaS.
What we propose
Concept brief + target use case (site type, SKUs, refill model).
Investment one-pager: unit cost bands, who builds, who owns, software tether to Total Control (if any).
Decision gate: Sean funds prototype vs outside capital vs park.
Open (do not invent in the proposal)
Unit BOM, manufacturer, footprint, price to site.
Whether Total Control is required on every unit.
Cap table / raise size.
Hardware / Nickel / Gobunny-style bets stay PARKED until a real cash gate exists — same discipline as prior SPG deal notes.
Scope TBD
4. Property management software
One-liner (draft): Software to run property operations in one place — owners, units, tenants, work orders, and money — with agents handling the desk work humans do today.
Success metric: e.g. time-to-work-order close, owner report hours saved
Fiction Factory angle
Same pattern as Total Control: ops OS + agents on the boring office layer.
Do not copy SPG vending screens — new domain model.
VendOVER does not have verified property-client facts in this thread. Confirm company name and must-have modules with Tommy before pricing.
Scope TBD
5. Speaker-box software — stereo company
One-liner (draft): Software that makes the speaker / stereo product smarter to sell, configure, support, or control — exact product surface TBD with the stereo client.
